BK55 Terms and Conditions —
Rules That Apply to All Pakistani Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and BK55 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). Access to and use of the BK55 platform — including all games, payment features, promotions and support services — is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms.

By registering an account, logging in or placing a bet on BK55, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any specific promotional terms, bonus conditions or game rules that may be communicated to you separately on the platform.

These Terms are written in English for clarity and accessibility to Pakistani players. Where any ambiguity exists, the interpretation most consistent with fair and transparent platform operation will apply.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on BK55, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BK55 is an adult platform. No exceptions are made to this requirement.
• You must be a real, individual person registering for your own personal use. Corporate entities, groups and automated registrations are not permitted.
• You must be registering and playing of your own free will, and not under the direction or on behalf of another person.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from BK55 or subject to any active account restriction imposed by the platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one BK55 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods or devices — is a violation of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. This includes your real name, date of birth and contact details. Providing false or misleading information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure.

BK55 reserves the right to request identity verification at any point — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an account review. This may include requests for a copy of a valid CNIC, proof of address, or confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

• Keep your BK55 login credentials — your username and password — private and secure at all times.
• Do not share your account access with any other person, including family members.
• Notify BK55 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• BK55 is not liable for losses resulting from your credentials being shared with or accessed by a third party.

4 Deposits and Payments

All financial transactions on BK55 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). BK55 currently supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast , Bank Transfer and other supported mobile wallets. The available payment methods and any applicable minimum or maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of deposit within your account.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• BK55 does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with JazzCash, Easypaisa or your bank before depositing.
• Deposits processed via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically reflect in your BK55 balance within a few minutes during normal operating hours.
• Raast and bank transfer deposits may take slightly longer depending on your bank's processing times.
• BK55 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the registered account holder.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your BK55 balance are processed in PKR to your registered payment method. You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts will be asked to complete identity checks before funds are released.
• The withdrawal method must match the payment method used for your most recent deposit, where applicable.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account at the time of request.
• Bonus balances that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only the real-money portion of your balance that has satisfied wagering requirements is eligible for withdrawal.
• BK55 processes withdrawal requests within standard processing timeframes. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically completed faster than bank transfer requests.
• BK55 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or large amounts.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

BK55 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the point of offer, in addition to the general conditions set out here:

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Bonuses are for use on specified games only. Using a bonus on games that are excluded from the promotion will not count towards wagering requirements and may result in bonus cancellation.
• BK55 bonuses are intended for one-time use per eligible player. Using multiple accounts, referral schemes or any other method to claim the same promotion more than once constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account action.
• BK55 reserves the right to modify, pause or withdraw any active promotion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• If a player withdraws their deposit before the wagering requirement on a linked bonus is met, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.

7 Gameplay Rules

BK55 offers a range of games including slots, live casino tables, fish games and sports coverage. Each game category operates according to its own rules, which are displayed within the game or game section. By participating in any game on BK55, you accept the specific rules of that game in addition to these general Terms.

• Slot games on BK55 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Each spin outcome is independent and genuinely random — previous outcomes have no influence on future results.
• Live casino games are conducted by real dealers following standard table game rules. Any disputes arising from live games will be reviewed using session recordings where available.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection or game error during an active game session, BK55 will attempt to resolve the outcome fairly based on available data. In cases where a fair outcome cannot be determined, the relevant game round may be voided and the bet amount returned to the player's balance.
• BK55 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to any specific game at any time. Games may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games. These are displayed within the game interface before any bet is placed.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on BK55. Any player found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any associated balance may be forfeited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other tool to interact with BK55 games, promotions or the platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, game glitches or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Coordinating play with other players — whether on BK55 or across platforms — in a manner designed to manipulate game outcomes or extract value from promotions unfairly.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to fund a BK55 account. Any chargeback initiated against a BK55 transaction will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.
• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in doing so, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false personal information at registration or during any verification process.
• Any form of harassment, abuse or threatening behaviour directed towards BK55 staff or other players.

9 Responsible Gaming

BK55 is committed to providing an online gaming environment that supports responsible play. Gaming on BK55 should be treated as entertainment — not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses.

• BK55 is an 18+ platform only. Players must not allow minors to access their account or play on their behalf.
• Players are encouraged to set personal PKR deposit limits, session time limits and loss limits before they start playing — not in the middle of a session.
• If you feel that your gaming is becoming compulsive, is affecting your finances, or is impacting your daily life or responsibilities, please use the self-exclusion options available on the platform or contact support.
• BK55 will not reverse a self-exclusion request during the period selected by the player. Self-exclusion is a genuine tool, not a formality.

10 Privacy and Data

BK55 collects and processes personal data as part of account registration, verification and platform operation. The full details of what data is collected, how it is used, how it is stored and your rights in relation to your data are set out in the BK55 Privacy Policy.

• BK55 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your payment details are handled in accordance with the security requirements of the relevant payment processors (JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank networks).
• BK55 may share personal data with identity verification providers and payment processors as required to operate the platform and process transactions.
• By registering with BK55, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your BK55 account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining verified real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification and withdrawal processing requirements.

BK55 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including — but not limited to — situations where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has been identified or is reasonably suspected.
• Fraudulent, deceptive or otherwise harmful activity is detected on or linked to the account.
• A chargeback or payment reversal has been initiated against BK55 by the account holder or their payment provider.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with BK55 dormancy policies.

In cases of account closure due to Terms violations, BK55 reserves the right to withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in full.

12 Limitation of Liability

BK55 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain stable and uninterrupted access, BK55 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical interruptions, errors or downtime at all times.

• BK55 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, connectivity issues, server downtime or events outside of BK55's reasonable control.
• BK55 is not responsible for financial losses that result from a player's own decisions, including decisions made while using the platform in accordance with these Terms.
• In all cases, BK55's maximum liability to any individual player is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's account at the time the issue in question arose.
• BK55 does not accept liability for losses arising from a player sharing their account credentials or failing to maintain the security of their own account.

13 Changes to These Terms

BK55 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified through the platform — via an on-screen notice on login or a communication to the registered contact details on the account.

Continued use of the BK55 platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change to the Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange closure of your account.
